Please read these terms carefully before using our job search platform.

1Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
These terms apply to all candidates using the platform to search for jobs.

You must be at least 15 years old to use the platform (or of legal working age per local regulations).
Information in your profile must be accurate, truthful, and up-to-date.
Each user is only allowed to create one candidate account.
Accounts may not be transferred to or shared with others.

Profile content: Information, experience, education, and skills must accurately reflect your actual abilities.
Fake credentials: Declaring false degrees, certificates, or experience is strictly prohibited.
Applications: Only apply for positions you genuinely have the ability and desire to work in.
Employer information: Do not misuse employer contact information for other purposes.

You can choose to set your profile to public (employers can find you) or private (only visible when applying).
Contact information is protected and only shared with employers when you permit.
You can delete or hide your profile at any time.

Creating multiple accounts or impersonating others.
Posting content that violates the law, is offensive, or discriminatory.
Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect data from the platform.
Contacting employers outside the purpose of applying or work-related discussions.

We do not guarantee you will receive employment through the platform.
We are not responsible for the content of job postings by employers.
Employment relationships are established directly between you and the employer, not with us.

You can delete your account at any time in Account Settings.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate terms without prior notice.
Data will be processed according to the Privacy Policy after account deletion.

You retain full ownership of the content you upload (CV, profile, personal images).
By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it to display your profile to employers in accordance with the platform's purpose.
The platform's interface, design, source code, logo, and branding are our property and protected by intellectual property laws.
Copying, reusing, or distributing any part of the platform without written consent is strictly prohibited.

We may amend these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
Significant changes will be notified via email or platform notification at least 15 days before taking effect.
If you do not agree with the new terms, you have the right to stop using the service and delete your account.
Previous versions of the terms will be archived and available upon request.

Our liability for damages (if any) is limited to the maximum amount of service fees you have paid in the most recent 12 months.
We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost income, lost job opportunities, or data loss.
We are not liable for incidents beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, network failures, or third-party actions.
This limitation of liability applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
Any disputes arising shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties within 30 days.
If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City.
If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Using the platform means you accept these Terms of Service.
