  • Personal information: Full name, email address, phone number, and candidate profile information.
  • Career profile: CV, work experience, education, skills, and certificates you provide.
  • Application data: Application history, profile status, and interactions with employers.
  • Usage data: IP address, device type, browser, and browsing behavior on the platform.

2How We Use Information

  • Connect you with job opportunities matching your profile and expectations.
  • Send notifications about new positions and application status updates.
  • Improve job recommendation algorithms and user experience.
  • Help employers find suitable candidates (information is anonymized when you haven't applied).

3Sharing Information with Employers

  • When you apply for a position, your profile will be shared with that employer.
  • Contact information (email, phone) is only shown when the employer accepts your profile.
  • You can control profile visibility in your account settings.
  • We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

4Candidate Rights

  • Right to access: View all personal data we are storing.
  • Right to edit: Update your profile and personal information at any time.
  • Right to delete: Request deletion of your account and all related data.
  • Right to withdraw: Withdraw your application before the employer makes a final decision.

5Data Security

  • All data is encrypted during transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
  • Passwords are hashed using bcrypt algorithm; we cannot read your password.
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) helps protect your account.
  • Strict access control policies; only authorized personnel can view personal data.

6Cookies and Tracking Technologies

  • We use essential cookies to maintain login sessions and ensure the platform functions properly.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics or equivalent) help us understand how users interact with the platform to improve the experience.
  • Advertising cookies may be used by advertising partners to display relevant jobs on other platforms.
  • You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect your experience.

7Data Retention Period

  • Account data is retained while the account is active and up to 30 days after you request deletion.
  • Application data is retained for up to 12 months after the job position closes, for reporting and dispute resolution purposes.
  • Usage data (logs, analytics) is retained for up to 24 months in anonymized form.
  • After the retention period, data will be permanently deleted or fully anonymized.

8Legal Basis

  • This policy complies with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection in Vietnam.
  • Data processing is based on your consent when creating an account and the legitimate interests of the platform.
  • For users in the European Union, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
  • You have the right to file a complaint with the competent data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated.

9Policy Changes

  • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
  • Significant changes will be notified via email or platform notification at least 15 days before taking effect.
  • Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the new policy.
